After the German invasion of Hungary on 19.3.1944, he was allowed to walk freely in the streets of Budapest thanks to his father who fought in the First World War as an outstanding officer in the Hungarian Army. Moshe took advantage of the situation to collect information, deliver messages and to contact the Jews who were living in Yellow Star Houses. He worked in the \u201cGlass House\u201d on Vad\u00e1sz Street distributing documents and hiding weapons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">Moshe was liberated in January 1945 and made aliya in 1948.
