He left Hungary as a member of the \u201cHashomer Hatzair\u201d group in the summer of 1944 on the train of the Relief and Rescue Committee.<br \/>\nAfter the liberation Yehuda returned to Czechoslovakia in order to rehabilitate the movement. He was elected president of the Zionist Organization in Czechoslovakia and represented it at the Zionist Congress in Basel in 1946.<br \/>\nIn 1949 Yehuda made aliya and joined Kibbutz Ha\u2019ogen. He worked in journalism.
