When Lea was one year old, her family moved to Budapest. In 1943 she joined the movement. After the Germans invaded Hungary on 19.3.1944, Lea operated under a false name within the framework of the Zionist underground. She engaged in obtaining authentic Aryan documents from the offices of the Population Registry in Budapest. With M\u00e1rta R\u00e9v\u00e9sz (Weisz) she managed to find accommodation in a hostel for girls who were members of the Arrow Cross Party and to steal documents from there. Their identity was discovered but they managed to escape. Lea stayed at the \u201cGlass House\u201d on 29, Vad\u00e1sz Street. After the liberation she completed her matriculation examinations. In 1949 Lea made aliya. She joined Kibbutz Mavki\u2019im and married Yeshayahu-Saj\u00f3 Rosenblum. In 1951 they left the kibbutz. Lea worked as a teacher.
