Simha served in a forced labor unit but escaped to Budapest where he hid thanks to forged documents. He helped his friends who escaped from labor units, provided them with suitable papers and helped them find accommodation. After the Arrow Cross rose to power in Hungary on 15.10.1944, Simha stayed at and worked from the “Glass House” on Vadász Street.
He made aliya. He was an educational psychologist.
